House renovation: Saughall, Chester
Full renovation in Saughall, Chester, Cheshire by architect Keith Jones of City Architectural Ltd, Chester. We supplied red sandstone cills, lintels, and chimney band and caps. We also supplied sandstone plinth course around the entire house.
Pinfold Farm: Cheshire
New build development in Cheshire, designed by Wrexham architect Brian Lloyd. We supplied red sandstone cills for all of the windows and sandstone plinth course around the entire house. We created sandstone steps to all the entrances pus sandstone gatepost caps, copings and a house name plaque for the main gateway.
Willeston Grange: Wirral
Renovation/ new build for a private client by Wirral architect Bill Hardman. We supplied red sandstone chamfered plinth course, moulded string course and moulded copings for the new build orangery plus two red sandstone fireplaces, making up a double sided fireplace between the kitchen and the dining room. We also supplied all the stone work to the entrance way, comprising of curved sandstone ashler, curved saddle backed coping and six ornate gate post caps.
Lache Lane: Chester
New build development for a private client in Chester. Designed by local architect McCormick Architecture Ltd, Saighton, Cheshire. Main building contractor was JDM Construction Ltd, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. We supplied full window surrounds in buff sandstone, including sills, jambs and lintels and double garage door surround, jambs and six linier metre lintel. The main feature of the exterior of the house is the sandstone doorway with moulded pediment. We also supplied 106 linier metres of sandstone coping and seven gate post caps for the garden and driveway.
Bumblebee Hall: Tarporley, Cheshire
Extension to existing property in Tarporley, Cheshire. Supplied red sandstone sills, lintels, window arch, corbels and walling stone, all hand tooled to match the existing stone work.
Stone entrance: Tattenhall, Cheshire
We were employed to supply hand-tooled stone work to match the existing walling and copings. We dressed the walling and gate posts out of Cheshire red sandstone. We also made sweeping curved copings to elegantly top off the brick wall.
