Developments

All aspects of stone masonry are conducted in our yard, from basic 6 sided sawing to intricate hand tooled finishes which are in-keeping with traditional methods of manufacturing stone.

Pinfold Farm.

New build development, in Cheshire, designed by Wrexham architect Brian Lloyd. We supplied red sandstone cill’s for all of the windows, sandstone plinth course around the entire house. Sandstone step’s to all the entrances. Sandstone  gatepost caps, coping’s and house name plaque for the main gateway.


Pentrecelyn.

New build development of private client, in Denbighshire. Designed by local architect John Pugh, main building contractor, Carroll Builders, Ruthin. We supplied buff sandstone cill’s for all of the windows, arched window’s and bullseye window. The project was finished off with the front door surround featuring four full length mullion’s.


Birchwood, Marford.

New build development for private client, in Marford, designed by Wrexham architect Brian Lloyd. We supplied buff sandstone cill’s for all of the windows, sandstone plinth course. Sandstone step’s to all the entrances, large sandstone house name plaque for the main gateway.


Willeston Grange.

Renovation / new build for private client, by Wirral architect Bill Hardman. We supplied red sandstone chamfered plinth course, moulded string course, and moulded coping’s for the new build orangery. Two red sandstone fireplaces, making up a double sided fireplace between the kitchen and the dining room. We also supplied all the stone work to the entrance way. Comprising of  curved sandstone ashler, curved saddle backed coping, and six ornate gate post caps.


Lache lane, Chester

New build development of private client, in Chester. Designed by local architectect McCormick Architecture Ltd, Saighton, Cheshire. Main building contractor, JDM Construction Ltd, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. We supplied full window surrounds buff sandstone, including sill’s, jambs, and lintel’s. Double garage door surround, jambs and six linier metre lintel. The main feature of the exterior of the house is the sandstone doorway with moulded pediment. We also supplied 106 linier metres of sandstone coping and seven gate post caps for the  garden and driveway.


Harvey homes, woodlands, Rosset

New build development, for sale, built by  developers, Harvey Homes. Designed by Wrexham architect Brian Lloyd. We supplied red sandstone cill’s for all of the windows, sandstone plinth course around the entire house. We also supplied all the stone work to the boundry walls and gateway. Comprising of  curved chamfered coping, and two large gatepost caps.


Bumblebee Hall.

Extension to existing property, Tarporley, Cheshire. Supplied red sandstone sill’s, lintels, window arch, corbels, and walling stone, all hand tooled to match the existing stone work.


Infantry junior leaders battalion, memorial, in Cae Glas Park, Oswestry.

Supplies and fixed the memorial. The cap of the memorial had a hand carved Bayonet.
